<p>The Marsal SD-660STACKED SD 6 Pie double-deck pizza oven can accommodate six 18-inch pizzas per deck, providing cooking space for a total of 12 large pizzas. Heated with burners, the decks are thermostatically controlled and can be adjusted within a temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Its 2-inch-thick cooking surfaces hold heat to evenly bake pies, and it works well for back-to-back use. Each cooking chamber measures 60 inches wide by 36 inches deep, and each section has a 7-inch-high, spring-balanced door, providing ample room to load and unload pizzas.</p>
<p>Suitable for heavy-duty use, the Marsal SD-660STACKED stacked pizza oven's top, sides, and doors are constructed of stainless steel. Insulation is provided by ultra-high-temperature fiberglass that eliminates the need for clearance on the sides, but the unit should still be given 3 inches of rear clearance. To prevent wobbling on uneven flooring, it includes adjustable legs, which are welded onto its base. Overall, this natural-gas-heated oven is 80 inches wide by 43.25 inches deep by 66 inches high to fit commercial kitchens.</p>
